Advance 4763; ca. 1948; Misses' front buttoned blouse has pleats at neckline instead of bust darts, pointed collar, long or short sleeves gathered at the cap. Long sleeves have shaped barrel cuffs with 3 button closure. Blouse back has darts at shoulder and princess seaming above and below waistline. 6 pieces included pattern piece for shoulder pad. Unprinted pattern.
