Advance Pattern 4701 Girls Jacket, Vest, Blouse, Suspender Skirt from 1947. This includes jacket with long sleeves or sleeveless as a vest, button front, high round collar, shaped hemline, optional patch pocket. Puff sleeve blouse has button front, peter pan collar. Pleated skirt with slide or zipper closing, suspenders button onto waistband.
