(c) 1947. Lovely slip over dress with square neckline has a flared, panel skirt, wide shoulder ruffles and straps at the sides which adjust to fit. Designed by the Bureau of Human Nutrition and Home Economics. This pattern was featured in the 1947 & 1952 revised editions of Dresses and Aprons for Work in the Home, first published in 1944.
