It has been a long time since I have contributed a pattern that wasn't listed and I cannot remember how to do it. Where do I find the guide for how it is done and a template?

I have the same question! The template page seems to have disappeared with the upgrade to new wiki software earlier this week. Hopefully our awesome Admins can help us out. :-)
Yes I would like to know
I am copying the answer I gave on a related post:
Hi all,
Well you are doing better than me, since I just found where they put the former Forums (now discussions) . Additions used to show up in the recent activity feed, and now I have to look them up... Go figure.
In a nutshell, the template no longer functions after the migration. Which makes adding the formatting a manual job.
Start with the Create button on the home page - just type in the desired title (ignore the irrelevant suggestions) .
You can copy and paste from an existing page, or use this (displayed in Source mode) after uploading/inserting a picture to your newly started page:

Thank you!
Too Difficult
Copy and paste does not seem like such a hard ask.
At any rate, not our (admins) choice or in our control...
I'm relieved it isn't just me, I have so many I wanted to add and couldn't fathom it out at all.
Don't get the answer you gave Tarna, Unclear
What part do we copy and paste?
