Hi! I am looking for any example of this pattern (no matter what size), as it is for research on my doctoral dissertation. I am writing about clothing for disability in the US from roughly 1950-1975, and this is an example of a design that the Bureau of Home Economics developed for "physically handicapped homemakers." Marian Martin then created the pattern and sold it as "sports separates" for all women. This image popped up on Google from Etsy, but it isn't connected to a listing anymore so I think it was sold quite some time ago. If anyone has any leads on this particular pattern, I would be so grateful!! Thank you!!
What's on your mind?

Its a sweet little pair of Bibbed Pants with Blouse. Size 36 or 38 would be perfect. But smaller size okay I will just alter the pattern.
I've been going through my vintage sewing patterns since I need to purge them for a move (is there a support forum here? LOL)
I can came across this one and can't remember where/how I got it. Has anyone seen vintage Chinese sewing patterns? If so, got any info on this one? I'm guessing it's from Hong Kong (due to the pricing on the front), and it's prolly from either late-60's or early-70's.
I don't think that I've seen any other Chinese sewing pattern in my life (vintage or otherwise). So any info on popular Chinese sewing patterns would be great too. I used Google translate on it and only came with something along the lines of "Really modern outfit paper pattern" :)
How do I delete a photo ? It ended up in the wrong place.
While adding a page for Woman's Realm L13, I noticed that the page titles are not consistent (the letters are sometimes missing, some have dots).
What's the best way to write the numbers for this brand?
Apologies, I used to know how to do this!
Tarna or Petite Main, I created a new page for V7451B and can't seem to edit from the patterns template. The image is from Etsy (vendor on the vendors list).
Sorry about this and thank you, Sarah
I’m a new sewer and I recently got my grandmother’s old sewing machine along side 20 books full of patterns ranges from the years 1960 to 1990.
They are Stitch By Stitch and they are all in pretty god condition.
I was just wondering if anyone here knew what the best route for storing vintage patterns would be as I currently just have my pattern books on a small shelf under my desk.
How can I find this pattern to make it. Would be great for a 75th anniversary this fall.
Searching for this pattern or a copy of the back pattern piece Size 14.
I've noticed a change when I search for a pattern. In the past, if I searched McCall's 6145, I would get links to
McCall's 6145
McCall's 6145 A
McCall's 6145 B ... and so on.
Now, it's only showing the pattern number without the alphabet letter entries.
When I tried to create McCall's 6145 A, I got a message saying it already exists with a link to that page. From there I was able to update my current link under Vendors.
Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch.
Hello everyone!
I'm sure most of you have noticed the little site notice appearing on the wiki about the MediaWiki 1.39 update. I just wanted to give a little bit more information about it.
What's being updated? Mostly coding underneath the hood. There will be no major design changes. Consider it like replacing the battery of a car - the car will still be the same outwardly, but it just needs some updates underneath.
All Fandom wikis will be updating to MediaWiki 1.39 in the coming month. I don't have an exact timeline at this moment, but expect it to happen in mid-March or April. During the migration to 1.39, the wikis will be set in read-only mode. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes (major wikis could need more hours). One week before migration, a banner will appear on communities to let you know the migration is scheduled. For one week after the migration, a similar banner to let users know the community is now on the new version.
Most importantly, if you experience any bugs after the move, please either report them to the admins (who will then forward them to me) or directly to me either on my message wall or Discord. We've done our best to squash and take note of any bugs in our testing phase, but any additional pokes would be greatly appreciated!
Please check out the help page on Community Central for a changelog and further information. ^^
A user created a "talk" page for McCall's 4610 asking if I had this pattern, and I do not know how to respond to her? Can someone please advise? Thanks!
Looking for information about this pattern. The envelope is missing, so I don't know who published it. Appears to be from the mid 1940s.
Hi admins, I hope you see this. I wanted to know if it's permissible for users to replace old photos with a fresh clean scan if the original is blurry, highly pixelated, or crops a good deal of the envelope off. For example:

Thanks for your feedback!
Hi there. If anyone happens to have, and would have and like to sell the Kwik Sew pattern #2501, please let me know. I would love to purchase this and make this swimsuit for my wife for a present. This pattern looks perfect.
Many thanks, Brian.
Hello everyone!
I was hoping to see if anyone knows the name of this style of dress and or the pattern for it. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help! :D
